Handmade Processing Time
Our handmade pieces typically require 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on the craftsmanship and work involved in each respective piece.
We will actively communicate with you throughout the process and keep you updated on the progress of your order.
1. Order Processing

All handmade orders require 2–4 weeks for creation, depending on the piece.

Once your piece is completed, it will be prepared and handed over for shipping.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing or shipping may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your handmade piece has been completed and dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your piece has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

For international orders, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance in the destination country.
