Returns
Returns are not accepted. All purchases are considered final sale.
If your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Please include your order details and, where possible, photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and unworn.
- All original garment tags must remain attached.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, altered, or used will not be accepted for exchange.
- The customer is responsible for all courier, customs, handling, and other charges associated with the exchange.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Exchange Options
Items may be exchanged for another item of:
- The same value, or
- A lower value
If you choose an item of lower value, the difference will not be refunded.
Refunds
Due to local currency restrictions, refunds are not available.
All eligible orders are therefore subject to our exchange policy rather than a monetary refund.
